Returns Policy

Please call us and speak with a company representative before attempting to return any merchandise.

Please note: Phones do not come with any user guides or manuals. Refurbished phones may not have all original stickers.

RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required for ALL RETURNS or EXCHANGES

Colorado Telephone Exchange
offers a 10 day money back guarantee on orders less than $300 and on most of our new and refurbished products in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt. You may also return item(s) for an exchange within 10 days. We do not charge a restocking fee on most item(s) returned within the first 10 days.*excluding sales over $300  Anything returned after 10 days of receiving or orders of more than $300 may require a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and may also be Due if Free Shipping was included with the sale. 
Due to the personal nature of headsets, are non-returnable unless they are still in there original unopened box.  *Excludes special order items.  No orders may be returned after 30 Days. Batteries cannot be returned once they have been used. 

ALL Items returned to Colorado Telephone Exchange need to have an RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package and include a packing list and/or a copy of the original invoice or it may be refused, unopened and returned back to the shipper.  R
eturn shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  All returns will be processed contingent upon the test and inspection results.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer or during the return shipping may be denied for return.

Returned items must be properly processed before refunds are issued. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to be issued from the day we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, depending on processing constraints.

Colorado Telephone Exchange will replace equipment using regular ground services.  If customers would like to expedite the replacement shipment, they must pay the entire cost of that shipment.  All call tags are issued with ground services freight.

*ANY ITEMS OR PACKAGES SHIPPED TO US WITH NO RMA NUMBER, OR NO RETURN ADDRESS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, OR ANY PAPERWORK TO IDENTIFY ITS ORIGIN OR OWNER WILL BE REFUSED OR DISCARDED
