In the case an item(s) becomes defective within the allowable warranty period, Colorado Telephone Exchange will repair or if necessary replace the item(s). Item(s) must be returned (delivered) to us with our RMA number to Colorado Telephone Exchange before replacements are shipped out. *Please see our Returns Policy for RMA instructions.
THE WARRANTY ON TELEPHONES AND EQUIPMENT COVERS ALL NORMAL WEAR AND USAGE. (ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE) SUCH AS IMPACT DAMAGE, SPILLING LIQUID ON
PHONES, OR DROPPING PHONES, ARE NOT COVERED. LIGHTING / POWER SURGES AND ALL OTHER TYPES NATURAL DISASTERS ARE NOT COVERED. DAMAGE FROM OPERATOR ERROR OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION IS NOT COVERED. THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANYTIME AND MAY BE APPLIED RETROACTIVELY. SOME SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR USED OUT OF SERVICE EQUIPMENT MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
